E’ stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 285 del 6 dicembre 2012, l’allegato Decreto 10 ottobre 2012, contenente la “Determinazione, per l’esercizio finanziario 2012, degli importi dei benefici del Fondo di sostegno per le vittime di gravi infortuni sul lavoro”.
Ferme restando le procedure, i requisiti e le modalità di accesso ai benefici del Fondo di sostegno per le famiglie delle vittime di gravi infortuni sul lavoro, di cui al decreto del Ministro del lavoro del 19 novembre 2008, per gli eventi verificatisi tra il 1° gennaio 2012 e il 31 dicembre 2012, l’importo della prestazione di cui all’art.1, comma 1 del decreto stesso è determinato secondo le seguenti tipologie:
• tipologia A: 1 superstite – 9.000,00 euro per nucleo superstiti;
• tipologia B: 2 superstiti – 13.500,00 euro per nucleo superstiti;
• tipologia C: 3 superstiti – 18.000,00 euro per nucleo superstiti;
• tipologia D: + di 3 superstiti – 25.000,00 per nucleo superstiti.
