Ai sensi dell’art. 46 del d.lgs. n. 198/2006, tutte le aziende che occupano oltre 100 dipendenti sono tenute a presentare il rapporto periodico sulla situazione del personale maschile e femminile, relativo al biennio 2014-2015, entro il 30 aprile p.v..
Si rammenta che per la redazione del rapporto, da inviare alle rappresentanze sindacali aziendali e al consigliere/a regionale di parità, deve farsi riferimento al Decreto ministeriale del 17 luglio 1996 e che, in caso di mancata trasmissione, la Dtl competente solleciterà le aziende a provvedere entro 60 giorni.
In caso di inottemperanza sarà applicata la sanzione amministrativa da 515 a 2.580 euro (art. 11 del DPR n. 520/55) e nei casi più gravi potrà essere disposta la sospensione per un anno dei benefeci contributivi.
Poiché non sono intervenute modifiche in ordine al campo di applicazione della normativa, ai criteri di computo e alle modalità di adempimento, restano valide le istruzioni fornite da Confindustria con le circolari n. 14204/1996 e n. 14281/1996, riportate in allegato.
