L’Anpal, con la nota n. 7122/2018, ha fornito indicazioni ai Centri per l’impiego relative alla comunicazione dei provvedimenti sanzionatori emessi nei confronti dei soggetti beneficiari di prestazioni di sostegno al reddito che non abbiano partecipato alle misure di politica attiva proposte o non abbiano accettato offerte di lavoro congrue.
Si tratta di istruzioni provvisorie, valide finché non sarà disponibile l’apposita procedura telematica sul portale dell’Anpal. Nelle more dell’adozione di tale procedura, il Centro per l’impiego è tenuto ad inviare i provvedimenti sanzionatori, con eventuali allegati, all’Anpal tramite l’indirizzo PEC sanzioni.condizionalita@pec.anpal.gov.it, nonché alla sede Inps competente.
Nell’ipotesi di ricezione di una sanzione dal Centro per l’impiego, è possibile presentare ricorso al Comitato per i ricorsi di condizionalità di cui all’art. 21, comma 12, del d.lgs. n. 150/2015, tramite apposito modulo, entro trenta giorni solari dal ricevimento della sanzione stessa, secondo le modalità illustrate nella nota Anpal n. 6509/2018.
