La Commissione istituita presso il Consiglio Superiore dei Lavori Pubblici ha preso in esame alcune situazioni particolari riguardanti l’applicazione dell’incentivo del 110% per lavori di messa in sicurezza sismica nel caso in cui gli stessi vengano eseguiti in un’area che va oltre, o è completamente esterna, all’area di sedime dell’edificio interessato.
