Trasmessa dalla CNCE, con l’allegata comunicazione n. 799 del 15 novembre scorso, la sentenza n. 239 del 03.11.2021 disposta dal Tribunale di Siena con la quale il giudice ha statuito che il pagamento diretto degli accantonamenti da parte del datore di lavoro ai lavoratori non produce alcun effetto liberatorio nei confronti della Cassa Edile.
