Si fa seguito alla comunicazione Ance del 21 dicembre scorso per trasmettere il parere favorevole espresso dall’Autorità Garante per la privacy (provvedimento del 13.12.2021) sull’allora schema di DPCM, che aggiorna le disposizioni relative alle Certificazioni verdi e agli obblighi vaccinali per alcune categorie di lavoratori, trasmesso al Garante dal Ministero della salute il 10 dicembre scorso.
