La legge di conversione, 17 dicembre 2021, n. 215, del decreto legge n. 146/2021, cd. Decreto Fisco Lavoro (cfr. comunicazione Ance del 21 dicembre 2021), che ha apportato modifiche alla legislazione in materia di salute e sicurezza, è intervenuta, tra l’altro, sulla figura del preposto e sui relativi obblighi.
È stato, pertanto, necessario aggiornare la pubblicazione Ance dal titolo “La responsabilità in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro – i ruoli individuati dal Decreto Legislativo 9 apri
