Prendendo atto delle difficoltà causate dal nuovo Lockdown per il Covid in Cina e dalla guerra in Ucraina, l’ANAC – con la Delibera n. 227 dell’11 maggio 2022 – ha dato risposta positiva al possibile riconoscimento della causa di forza maggiore al fine di impedire l’applicazione delle penali nell’ambito di alcuni contratti pubblici per la fornitura di materiale informatico.
