Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 81 del 6 maggio u.s, ha esaminato alcune leggi regionali deliberando tra l’altro di non impugnare:
-la legge della Regione Lombardia n. 6 dell’11/04/2022 “Il ruolo degli immobili pubblici nel potenziamento degli impianti fotovoltaici (FER). Verso l’autonomia energetica regionale”;
-la legge della Regione Siciliana n. 7 del 13/04/2022 “Norme in materia di riconoscimento, fruizione e valorizzazione dei Cammini”.
