Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 303 del 29 dicembre 2022 è stato pubblicato il DL n. 198/2022, recante “Disposizioni urgenti in materia di termini legislativi”, in vigore dal 30 dicembre 2022.
L’art. 9 del DL dispone la proroga di termini in materie di competenza del Ministero del Lavoro, tra cui, per quanto di interesse, si segnala la proroga per l’annualità 2023 della disposizione in materia di semplificazione delle procedure di rilascio dei nulla osta al lavoro
