Nella suddivisione in lotti, la stazione appaltante deve motivare adeguatamente l’apposizione di un eventuale limite numerico ai lotti aggiudicabili, considerando le specifiche caratteristiche della gara e l’obiettivo di promuovere la concorrenza e l’efficienza nel settore degli appalti pubblici.
