Si informa che, sul portale istituzionale dell’Anac, è stato reso disponibile un questionario online volto a indagare le criticità operative derivanti dall’applicazione della nuova disciplina in materia di whistleblowing di cui al D.Lgs. n. 24/2023 (cfr. comunicazione Ance del 28 marzo 2023).
Tale questionario potrà essere compilato fino al prossimo 22 dicembre.
