A partire dal 1° gennaio 2024, con l’introduzione dell’E-procurement, ossia del sistema di appalti completamente in digitale, sarà attuata una significativa semplificazione per le stazioni appaltanti nell’invio dei documenti all’ANAC (Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione).
Tale misura è stata deliberata dall’ANAC, mediante il Comunicato del Presidente datato 19 settembre 2023, la quale è intervenuta sull’acquisito del Codice Identificativo Gara (CIG) tramite il sistema Simog, con riferi
