È aperta dal 22 marzo la consultazione pubblica del Mase sul nuovo schema di regolamento sulla cessazione della qualifica di rifiuto (End of waste) dei rifiuti da spazzamento stradale ai sensi dell’articolo 184-ter, comma 2, del Dlgs 152/2006 (in allegato).
“L’obiettivo”, spiega il Viceministro all’Ambiente Vannia Gava, “è massimizzare il recupero di materiale inerte da spazzamento e promuoverne il riutilizzo, riducendo il conferimento in discarica“.
