COMUNICATO DEL MIT
Come annunciato dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture cambiano le modalità di pagamento per la “tassa” di usura prevista dal Codice della strada all’ articolo 34, comma 1 a carico dei mezzi d’opera. L’importo dell’indennizzo rimane invariato.
