Con la nota n. 579/2025, l’INL ha fornito le prime indicazioni operative relative alla procedura di dimissioni per fatti concludenti in caso di assenza ingiustificata del lavoratore, prevista dal comma 7-bis, articolo 26, d.lgs. n. 151/2015, che è stato recentemente introdotto dal c.d. Collegato Lavoro (cfr. comunicazione Ance del 7 gennaio scorso).
In particolare, l’articolo 7-bis dell’articolo 26 del d.lgs. n. 151/2015 dispone che: “in caso di assenza ingiustificata del lavoratore protratta oltre il termine previsto dal contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro applica
