Si informa che il Ministero del Lavoro ha pubblicato la seguente FAQ di chiarimento sulle dimissioni per fatti concludenti, di cui all’art. 19 dalla legge n. 203/2024 (c.d. Collegato lavoro, cfr., da ultimo, comunicazione Ance del 22 aprile scorso):
