Il Presidente dell’ANAC, con il Comunicato del 16 ottobre 2019, ha fornito alcune indicazioni relative all’obbligo di acquisizione del codice identificativo di gara (CIG) e al pagamento del contributo obbligatorio in favore dell’Autorità per le fattispecie escluse dall’ambito di applicazione del Codice dei contratti pubblici interessate dall’intervento.
Ad eccezione dell’in-house sul quale sono in corso ulteriori approfondimenti, nella tabella riassuntiva riporta nel Comunicato, sono elencati tutti gli obblighi aggiornati cui sono tenuti i committenti.
Le indicazioni fornite con il Comunicato entrano in vigore a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2020, a partire da tale data restano comunque ferme le indicazioni fornite nella determinazione 556 del 31/5/2017 in materia di tracciabilità dei flussi finanziari.
