L’Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro – INL ha informato, con l’allegata nota n. 65 del 4 febbraio 2021, che è stato predisposto un questionario per misurare la customer satisfaction relativamente ai servizi erogati agli utenti.
L’obiettivo è rilevare il grado di soddisfazione e migliorare la qualità dei servizi stessi.
La compilazione del questionario è anonima e i dati raccolti saranno utilizzati solo in forma aggregata.
