Esteso da 18 a 30 mesi il termine per la vendita delle unità immobiliari demolite e ricostruite in chiave antisismica, per le quali l’acquirente fruisce del Sismabonus acquisti. Stesso termine dei 30 mesi per spostare la residenza nel Comune dove è situata la “prima casa” oggetto di lavori energetici agevolati con l’Ecobonus 110%.
