Al fine di evitare distorsioni nella valutazione dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, le stazioni appaltanti non possono attribuire alcun punteggio per l’offerta di opere aggiuntive, rispetto al progetto esecutivo a base d’asta; ciò indipendentemente dal fatto che queste siano funzionali a colmare lacune o errori progettuali dell’amministrazione.
