L’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione ha adottato dodici delibere, riguardanti vari aspetti connessi all’entrata in vigore del nuovo codice dei contratti pubblici (d.lgs. 36/2023).
I provvedimenti, pubblicati sul sito istituzionale dell’ANAC, sono tutti in vigore dal 1° luglio 2023, ma alcuni acquisteranno efficacia solo dal 1° gennaio 2024. Di seguito sono elencati il contenuto e la data di entrata in vigore di singoli provvedimenti:
