Con un comunicato del 5 febbraio 2024. sul proprio portale istituzionale, l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC) ha divulgato alcune indicazioni operative per le stazioni appaltanti sulla digitalizzazione degli appalti pubblici.
