Con la delibera n. 217 del 23 aprile, l’ANAC interviene per evidenziare le differenze tra il Metodo “A” e il Metodo “C”, chiarendo la corretta lettura del metodo di calcolo più innovativo tra quelli utilizzati per l’esclusione automatica delle offerte anomale, di cui all’allegato II.2 al nuovo Codice dei Contratti (d.lgs. 36/2023).
