Con atto pubblicato il 3 giugno 2024 sul portale istituzionale, il Presidente dell’Autorità Anticorruzione ha dato risposta ad un Comune per aver erroneamente classificato come lavori in somma urgenza interventi di manutenzione ordinaria su una strada comunale (v. Consiglio dell’ANAC nell’adunanza del 23 aprile 2024, fasc. n. 3701/2023).
