L’Inps, con l’allegato messaggio n. 428 del 27 gennaio scorso, ha fornito indicazioni in merito al nuovo applicativo, realizzato dall’Istituto, denominato “Monitoraggio Congruità Occupazionale Appalti (MoCOA)”, il cui ricorso risulta, al momento, facoltativo.
