Facendo seguito alla Comunicazione Ance del 29 agosto scorso, si trasmette per opportuna conoscenza la Nota di Confindustria sulla semplificazione delle comunicazioni che il datore di lavoro deve effettuare relativamente ai lavoratori che svolgono la prestazione di lavoro con modalità agile.
Si segnala che la suddetta Nota riporta delle osservazioni anche sul ricorso allo smart working da parte dei lavoratori fragili.
