Con Comunicato del 12 dicembre u.s., l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione ha ricordato che, a far data dal 1° gennaio 2024, diventeranno efficaci per gli appalti pubblici le norme del nuovo Codice dei contratti relative alla digitalizzazione, e ha fornito importanti indicazioni su ciò che cambierà e come ci si dovrà preparare.
