Con un comunicato del 31 gennaio 2024, l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC) ha divulgato alcune indicazioni interpretative sui requisiti di partecipazione e qualificazione alla luce delle modifiche introdotte con il nuovo codice dei contratti pubblici, d.lgs. 36 del 2023.
