Una sentenza del Tar Campania Napoli (n. 1306 del 27/2/2024) ha ricordato come deve ritenersi ancora valido il principio espresso in passato dalla Corte di Cassazione (sentenza n. 13725 del 30 maggio 2012,) in base al quale l’autorizzazione al trasporto conto terzi ricomprende anche la possibilità di trasportare in conto proprio.
