Si fa seguito alla precedente comunicazione sul tema (cfr. nota ANCE del 9 maggio 2025) per informare che è stata pubblicata sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 131 del 9 giugno 2025 la Legge n. 80 del 9 giugno 2025 di conversione, senza modifiche, del Decreto Sicurezza (D.L. n. 48/2025), recante “Disposizioni urgenti in materia di sicurezza pubblica, di tutela del personale in servizio, nonché’ di vittime dell’usura e di ordinamento penitenziario” (cd. Decreto Sicurezza).
