Con la comunicazione n. 896/2025, la CNCE, a seguito dei numerosi quesiti pervenuti in merito al regime fiscale e contributivo degli importi di cui al punto 3 dell’Accordo delle parti sociali del 4 luglio 2025, trasmette una nota contenente la linea di indirizzo per il trattamento fiscale e contributivo di tali importi.
