Qualora il subappaltatore risulti destinatario di una informazione interdittiva antimafia, la stazione appaltante deve consentire all’appaltatore la sostituzione del subappaltatore con altra impresa in possesso di tutti i requisiti generali e speciali occorrenti per l’esecuzione dei restanti lavori previsti dal contratto.
