Gli aiuti previsti dal decreto sostegni-bis a favore delle imprese appaltatrici di opere pubbliche vanno riconosciuti anche a lavori terminati, se la stazione appaltante non ha ancora approvato l’atto di collaudo o il certificato di regolare esecuzione.
