Dalla formulazione dell’articolo 53 del nuovo Codice dei Contratti Pubblici (d.lgs. n. 36/2023), emerge un processo di semplificazione dell’istituto delle garanzie negli appalti di importo inferiore alle soglie di rilevanza europea.
